Agreement
By using flywox.com and related Flywox marketing sites, you agree to these terms. Services and product engagements are governed by a separate statement of work, order form, or contract between you and the relevant Flywox entity (Flywox Inc (Delaware) or Flywox Ltd (Nigeria)).
What we provide on this site
This website describes our company, commercial services, products, Agent-Ready offer, and Studio narrative. Content is informational. It is not a binding offer until confirmed in a signed agreement or accepted quote.
Commercial services
Fees, timelines, intellectual property, warranties, and acceptance criteria for engineering or design work are defined in the applicable contract. Work begins after scope and payment terms are agreed. Flywox does not provide escrow or hold customer funds as a business model on Agent-Ready or related offers.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site (including attempts to disrupt service, scrape in abusive volume, or submit unlawful content through forms). We may suspend access that harms our systems or other users.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, and branding are owned by Flywox or its licensors. You may not copy them for competing commercial use without permission. Deliverables under a client contract transfer or license as stated in that contract.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flywox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding informational site content. Paid services carry only the warranties expressly stated in the governing contract.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flywox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Aggregate liability for site use is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the minimum allowed by law. Contracted project liability is limited as set out in that contract.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Flywox entity operating the relevant site functions, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contracted work may specify Delaware or Nigerian law as agreed in writing.
